My daughter Shreya Keshava applied for fresh passport against expired passport at Bhopal on 26th June. her file no. is A015557 . It is regret to say that even after lapse of about 4 months she has not received her passport. On line enquiry shows non receipt of police report. The government claim to issue passport within one month and now proposed within 3 days seems to be only false claim. I hope you will look into it and take necessary action for issue of passport. Please confirm the status and when she can expect her passport.
