The list of complaint number could have been endless if I would have asked for a complaint number everytime from ITBC helpline. First, my product delivery is delayed by three months after realization of payment (made through a credit card). Second, ITBC has not released the free gifts. Third, on followup with helpline, a 19 digit code was issued to claim the gift through their website. Its two weeks now and they have not yet activated the code. I called up their helpline four times in two weeks (calls were placed in the gap of 2-3 days). Everytime they say that the code will be activated in 48 hours. Any request to escalate matters to seniors is declined. Clearly there's a ulterior motive to push a customer back by continuous delay.
