Phone gets picked automatically while calls come

Sir/Madam,

My telephone number is 0479 2321623 located in Peringilippuram (Mavelikkara SDC). We have a landline connection (ITI) @ home. This phone is having a problem of picking the call automatically while getting incoming calls. When an incoming call comes, the phone will will ring for two times, and the call will get picked up automatically (without attended by any one). Because of this reason, the person who calls will lose his money, with out getting call attended by any one.

I have already complained about this on Chennithala Exchange and Mavelikkara (Office of the Divisional Engineer). However, it snot got resolved yet.

Kindly do the needful, since people are hesitate to call to my number because of this.
