Not recived pan card

I was submit the pan card form in collage at 29th january in R.K.T Collage of Ulhasnagar. They told me we will getting pan card within 15 days but till i am not get my pan card. my pan card Application number is 035258847 and my processing fee coupon number is 023840953. My home address is (Trimurti colony, maratha section-32, Ulhasnagar-4.)

I hope that you will solve this my problem as soon as possible and will give my pan card on resideintial address.
