Name change in PAN card

Sir/mam,

I have submitted form for change in name on PAN CARD at IT PAN SERVICE CENTRE JODHPUR (RAJASTHAN) on 10-07, CSF Number is 704175327.My PAN CARD Number is AEVPT9773N. The name printed on PAN CARD is Deepa Tolwani. After marriage my surname has changed from "TOLWANI" to "JAIN". I had submitted marriage certificate copy & PAN CARD COPY along with form for change in name at service centre. Till date I have received no communication in this regard neither I have received new PAN CARD.I had checked status online wherein the system had displayed Status as "Verification Pending". I had tried to inquire at local IT PAN CARD SERVICE CENTRE located at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) by Phone but there is no response. I request you to kindly update me as to when it will be resolved and when I will receive my new PAN CARD.My contact details are given in the said form.
