D'nt recieve PAN even after 2 months

I applied for pan card coupan no 025353364 and apply no. 037262084 in IT.PanService office in Hyderabad but not rec pan card in 2 month (20/03)

iam go uti office but no responce in uti branch

and i saw the pancard uttitsl.co.in my pancard status is in null, So I request to do the needfull,
