I have logded a complaint no.1095 on 19.05.08 .so many time we have called up to su-kam but in vain than again lodged a complaint no.1508 on 11.06.08. for Battary replacement but No body take interest in that issue and we are facing daily serious problem at nerul due to MSEB Power cut around 3 to 4 hrs.
Atfter two month Su kam has arrnaged one service person, he has made BRN (Battery replacement Note) and told me talk to your Dealer. I have talked with dealer -(Suraj Enterprises) he doen't have stock of Battery then we have contected Su-kam service centre, They have just roughly told me, at that time, we do not have su- kam battery hence call me day atfer tomorrow.
We do not understand what to do.
Please lok into this matter & inform us.
