I am kalyan, I was practicing an advocate in High court of Andra pradesh. I purchased a Samsung j600 mobile in your authorised show room at hyderabad on 29-10. The company gave guarentee card and bill receipt . in july the mobile was not working properly. I approched your service centre at elephant house, Ameer pet on 12-7 and made a enquiry about that problem. one of the employee said that the main problem is cable between phone and slide, he was taken my requst and he said that The cables are not available now pls come after one week. As per his instructions I went to his service centre 4 times, but they gave same answer i.e The cables was not receiving from the company till now. Even today they gave same reply to me.
your company is reputed company, . other companies giving well service. why you are giving this type service. This is not proper service, because of this service you are wasting the valuable time of customers and thier money. in future they are not interest to purchase any samsung mobile.
Please consider my requst and gave proper direction to your officers in Samsung service centre, Elephant House, Hyderabad
