Fee refund

Dear Sir / Madam

I deposited Rs.5060/- towards registration and school fee for 3 months (feb, march and april) for my 2 year old kid in pre nursery in Jack and Jill, a play school, Dewas (M.P.). My kid attended the school for 5 days (2nd feb.to 6th feb.09) and later due to some circumstances I am unable to continue his schooling in this school so decided to withdraw my child from the school.

I requested the school authority to refund the proportionate fee but they are denying any amount of refund.

Please advice.
