It is to bring to your kind obligation that the name which was printed on PAN card had a mistake i.e. my name spell- shatrudhan baitha whereas on PAN card it is satrudhan baitha (bearing PAN no. ASAPB8555B). Apart from that i signed shatrudhan baitha on application form sr.no.033729129 and processing fes coupon no.030465062 dtd.28.11.2008 and enclosed the certificate for identity proff - Admit Card & G.B. certificate for address proff.
Hence sir kindly let me know the process, how could i rectified it.
