I have bought a lot of fittings for my recently renovated 3 bathrooms and kitchen. Even before use 1 of the wash basins mixers started leaking. Despite a no of complaints the tap still leaks. The company plumber visited twice. Once [5th july] he said the leakage was due to dust particles, but the leakage started as soon as he left. During the 2nd visit the jaguar plumber was trying to close the water supply from the base of the wash basin and broke some part for which I had to pay my local plumber to get it repaired and also Ihad to buy anew spare part. The jaguar plumber left without rectifiying the fault, saying he would visit the following day..But I have not received any response from Jaguar.
