Non-supply of cylinde

I booked my refill-cylnder, under my customer no.26982, on 27th or 28th January.

I was given my booking number 3.

Till date the cylinder has not been supplied to me. Each day, since 31.1.09, I have been frantically

trying to contact the agency on phone at least 30 times a day. All their given phone numbers remain busy. Many times the bell rings but nobody picks it up. I again booked it through Indane Toll Free number for 24 hrs. booking viz. 25611031 on 2-2-09 and was given booking number 54.

I AM A 70 YEARS OLD PERSON AND MY WIFE IS 69. CHILDREN LEAVE HOME AROUND 8.OOAM

IN THE MORNING. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE EVERY NOW AND THEN.
