ATM 'S FAILURE BUT DEDUCTION OF MONEY

RESPECTED SIR,

I, SHIVDEV SINGH HAVING ACC.IN J&K BANK BRANCH CHANNI HIMMAT JAMMU ACC.NO.4099, I HAVE USED MY ATM IN HDFC BANK'S ATM MACHINE ON 10/04/09.TRANSECTION OF AMT.3600 / - WAS FAILED, BUT THAT AMMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I HAVE FILED APPLICATION ON THE SAME DAY.NOW WHAT TO DO?

PLEASE GUIDE ME TO GET OUT OF THIS.
