Leakage in flat

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased flat from Jangid Builder in Mira Road in the year 2007. Since the time of purchase my flat is having leakage. In fact most of the flats in Spring rose building, at Jangid enclave is having laeakage. In fact most of the residents tried to catch hold the builder, but with limited success.

Since the society is not yet formed we would like to know the process of getting the repair work done.

Please suggest.
