Receipt of CDs without orde

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I have received a parcel from ITBC & paid Rs 2730/- as a cost of parcel (Rs.2599/-) Postage charges. After opening the parcel i found a packet of 7 CDs of Agatha Chritie which was never oredered by me, actualy a personnel phoned me told that you will receive some hindu devotional cds plus reebok shoes plus 2 day & 3 night stay plus 1 air ticket.

Ist of all I have not ordered the same, & the cds i have received are not working. You are selling bogus cds worth Rs 2600/- & making fool to us. I have communicated through E mail & phone no body is giving positive response. Now I want Refund of I paid to ITBC as this is wastage of time & money behind ITBC. I am attching my e -mails mailed to ITBC which were not replied

When I called to your centre, no positive response I have got. I was also told that you will receive Reebocks shoes, but I got that I will find a bag only. Apart from that I was told that 2 day Stay plus Air Ticket free. It is not fair. I have spent Rs 2730, I realze that those were wasted, as CD are not working. Now what can I do please, can I return the same, will i get refund. I am attaching your proposals ad herewith. Pl do the needful.
