We had purchased urinal sensor model no. 51087 quantity 41 Nos. and we require some spare parts for sensor and we order them on 28th Ocotber 2011 and till date (23rd November) we had not recevied the material. Even I had mailed to air the material on 18th November But no response from Jaquar. and no reply of mail If any delay.
