Not cooperation to get new connection

I, Maroti A Ghonshetwad working in a residential school at BELORA TAL.GHATANJI DIST.YAVATMAL STATE: MAHARASHTRA. I had been trying for new gas connection since last 4 months. But the office of Ghatanji - LAKHMAI INDANE GAS is found with absentia of the mamager. Employees have taken my documents 4 months before but denied to give recipt/office copy and promised me that they would send letter on my address. On not recieving any letter, I approached many times to the office, but they asked me to wait for it. After two months they asked me to take direct connection without letter by meeting the manger. But the Manager had been absent whenever I visited the office. They even are not giving me the contanct number of the manager

I hope the matterg would be looked after and would be found with proper solution.
