I am Surbhi Jain my brother name is vaidanta vashal file no (BPLI06654712) he born at Damoh district Damoh (m.p.) on dated 04/11/1999 at Nikhil nursing home Tandon Baghica civil ward 8 Damoh M.P.. My brother birth certificate is issue from nagar palika Damoh and my father is submitted original birth certificate in kendriya vidyalaya Damoh in admission time on demand of school authority. School authorities told my father original birth certificate is not necessary for future correspondence. School is provided transfer certificate for further correspondence, they said transfer certificate is only valid document for age proof. My father is transferred Damoh to Jabalpur. The principal of kendriya vidyalaya damoh not return original date of birth certificate he was issue transfer certificate and my brother got admission at jabalpur in kendriya vidyalaya NO. 1. My father transferred to Bhopal from Jabalpur. The principal of kendriya vidyalaya of jabalpur issued transfer certificate and my youger brother vaidanta got admissions in kendriya vidyalaya NO.1 Bhopal (M.P.) I have submitted transfer certificate issued by kendriya vidyalaya Damoh and Jabalpur report card issued by kendriya vidyalaya no.1 Bhopal, Aadhaar card and also submitted green card issue by the government of m.p. which include his date of birth. All document issused by CENTRAL GOVERNMENT / STATE GOVERNMENT but your good local office not consider any document for his concern date of birth.
This is harrassing. I have requested to your office for instructed to Bhopal office for consider my document and accept his date of birth which is recorded in government issued document.
