We likes to inform you that we have not yet received ‘C’ forms for supplies effected to you vide our invoice as per details attached for the year 07.We follow your concern person from 6 months, but your concern person only excuse and says today and tomarow. So if you not sent our C form then we are debited your account with tax interest and penalty. Your employee not send our C form of 06 and we pay the tax to sales department with interest & penalty. So if you can not give C form then we charges 12.5% of tax on your early suplies.
We request you to forward the ‘C’ Forms by return of post.
Please do the needful matter as most urgent.
