Indiatimes Email account not opening

Dear sir,

my Indiatimes mail id: [email protected] is not opening from last week till date. I have many important emails on the ID. it shows the following error:

HTTP ERROR: 400

authentication failed for supriyajcb

RequestURI=/mail/preauth/
