Dear sir, my name is jeet from kanpur city, U.P.india, I have a airtel mobile, and its number is 09695492209, i have a complain that you are cutting my balance more then as your tarrif, mostly i call out of india, my friends are in GUYANA (south america) and call there..your custmor care people are uneducated and did not have mannres and how to talk..i ask whats ISD rate and they make excuse and some time say its Rs.3.50/min, then say its 7.50/min.andsaid its 9.50/min..they did not know any thing..i call my friend on his mobile like always by my new airtel mobile and i have 39rupees ISd traffic voucher also on my phone..on 15july i call my friend in Guyana (S.America) nd call just for 1.50secound but they cut 45rupees from my cradit and they did same on 14july when i call just 1minute and they cut 15rupees just for 1 minute..when i call 121 custumear care number that make excuse also and lying that i am calling on landline number so they are charging 15rupees per min..i know well and proov that i am calling on froiend's mobile mumber but they are not taking any action..please help me and tell me how i can go in consumer form against this company from kanpu
