Non-receipt of pension cheques

Sir,

I am a pension policy holder (Policy No. 832712754) and have been receiving advance pension cheques for the past two years. The last cheque received in this regard was 01.05.2008 for Rs.1138.00 from the Kolkata Metropolitan Divisional Office - I, 16, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata - 72 . Despite the timely communication regarding the change of address and protracted correspondece thereof with LIC of India, Bhubaneswar Branch - III, and LIC of India Branch Office No II, Thrissur 680 020, I did not receive my pension cheques so far. Please look in to the matter and ensure receipt of the pension cheques immediately.
