I have a Policy No. 122856720 Adarsh Ngr New Delhi -33

My Bonus Cheque Due Sep 08. But till date we do not received cheque. I would like to know value of cheque and which date i received. LiC send cheque before one month i visit Adarsh Ngr Branch 3 times but nobody guide me every time said who give details of cheque that person absent or sometimes we are busy you come next day.
