Haven't recieved my pancard

Dear sir/madam

I have applied for my pancard on 26th june in ulsoor office bangalore and haven't recieved it as yet. on enquiring about the same in ulsoor office they say its been dispatched and check with post office. i personally went and checked at the post office and with the area post lady she said nothing has been recieved. hence i request you to kindly check the same and send it as soon as possible.
