I am writing this letter, as i lost my baggage while traveling from chicago to mumbai and my flight no.9W227 boarding on 5th feb and i landed on 6th feb. We received the bag but lock was broken, When i open the bag, gold jewellery and silver jewellery, one digital camera, two sets of watches, colon and imitation jewellery worth 3 lakhs.earlier i have send mail of which confirmation no.is bom9w 21626 .i personally came to airport and talked to Ms. Stiffi D'souza. If you did not respond in 24 hrs I will take furthur action
Please respond to it as early as possible.as i have to go to ahmedabad on 12th feb.
