I tried taking help from tele executive (named Amandeep Kaur, employee # 1513) to book the ticket using promotional code. But her service was extreamly poor. Her voice was not very friendly. "Who cares" atttitude.
Put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and she came back with the excuse that her supervisor is busy talking in different call. Did not take the complaint rather she had given me the email id to put the compliant.
Why, as most of the people dont write the complaint using emails after such an annoying and frustrating long calls with these type of tele executives. Who most of the time dont care about their customers.
I know nothing will happen using this as well, but atleast i will hope that it will be put to the right forum.
