I had booked a consignment of my Car (Red Hyundai Santro – AP 10 AQ 2441) on 11th Oct from AIM Cargo & Logistics & Logistics & AIMS Relocation Packers & Movers situated at Plot No: 28, Jaya Enclave Lane No. 2, Near Ansuza Apartments, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad to be delivered at Coronation Hospital, Dehradun – Uttarakhand by 20th Oct for a payment of Rs 9000/- as Transportation Charges. It has been agreed by the Transportor (Mr. Sharma) to provide my Car to me by 7 working days in good condition at dehradun but unfortunately I received my car on 22nd Oct by 4:00 am after an accident they met on the specified day. The Car had a major loss and took me 40 days to get it fixed. The Transportor had promised me to pay what ever charges had spent for its rectification. But to my horror has vacated its office from the address mentioned above. I have contacted various times to the Transportor but in vain. I have collected various evidences needed to prove myself, but i require help to have justice. Hence request the concern Authority to please facilitate in getting Justice for the same.
