Case: I booked a flight ticket through Jetlite from Blore to Jaipur. Upon a casual enquiry 2 days before at Delhi Airport, the Jetlite Staff member gave me false information alongwith the printout of the ticket for Blore to Jaipur.
When I called next day (1 day before the travel) to confirm the timing of the Flight they told they have cancelled the fight long back.
Result: My Mother had to wait at the Airport for 10 hrs before she got another flight by paying a heavy premium for just in time booking.
My complaint: I should have been informed of the change in flight schedule by Phone, Sms or email. The staff member at Jetlite should not have given me the False information.
Note: I can Produce necessary proof of the above--mentioned case.
