I planned a trip to Jim Corbett in Uthrakand, India this May. All the web sites that I visited promised me that once I select the hotel, the jungle ride and elephant ride will be arranged by them, without any problem. Only the cost has to be met by you.
On arriving at Dikuli, a hamlet near Corbett in my resort I found that the jungle ride passes are given by the Govt Of UK and that too you have to stand in a queue at around 6 Am. That too only limited passes of around 90 per day are issued. With great difficulty I got the passes for the ride. In this case where the resorts are taking the tourists?
