please note that our consumer no-60006783868 k.no.44104075554 metre no.52001948

we would like to inform you that above noted meter installed at M/s Jindal Marmo Impex Pvt Ltd. 70/1/1, Marble Market, Mangolpur Kalan, Delhi - 110 085 and before many times meter was not correctly running, time to time phase was disconnect.

we already complaint to ndpl office at rohini many times but not response from them.

kindly take the seriously action of the above matter and provide the engineers visit at earliest.
