Kindly refer my correspondence since. I have not received my share certificate sent by you through Registered Post mean while some Other Sanjay Kumar Soni sent the same certificate for demat through M/s. Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Gwalior Now the Other Sanjay Kumar Soni has closed their demat account as well as bank account hence it is required to kindly refer the share certificate which I have not received by Reg. Post please note very care fully that it you will not return my share certificate within 15 days time. I will take legal action against you and you will be responsible for all expenses in this behalf like Court Fees and advocate fee etc.
I am ready to produce all documents regarding my Originality as Sanjay Kumar Soni I once again request your good self to kindly consider the facts and figures sympathetically before I go to court.
