Dear Sir/madam, I would like to share an experience I had with a well known dental products company. I hope you are all aware of a company named JJ DENTAL, based from Kerala. During the Dental Expo held in Chennai this year, I had ordered stock worth more than 10, 000 rupees (I had paid the full amount in the Expo), and was told it would be delivered within 2 days. I waited for almost a week and did not receive my stuff, so I contacted the main office in Kerala, and I was informed to contact the person in charge in Chennai, I contacted that person and he told me he would make sure it would be sent. I waited for a few more days, and called them back, this time he told me that the stocks are not available and will be sent within few days. I waited for another week and called back, and this time the local person in charge replied by asking why I did not inform them that the stuff had not come, and i should have told him before (he seems to have forgotten the whole issue). Again, he told me he would contact the main office and let me know, he called back saying they have sent it and will be on the way. I waited for a few more days and did not receive anything, when i called back he gave me a courier tracking ID and asked me to follow it, but the ID he gave me was wrong, I called back to ask for the correct ID, when he started shouting over the phone, saying, I told him that i received the goods, (which I never did) and that I was troubling him, and he verbally abused using foul language. Now he calls me back and says " this is the tracking ID, now you take a pen and paper and write it down properly" and treats me like i was wrong.
I have now got my materials, after 2 months of persistent calling to the company, not once did they bother to reply back properly. after paying so much money they told me it was my responsibility to make sure that the courier reaches me and not theirs, they said it was not their problem to track it down.
