I have bought a Maruthi Swift Deisel on 2007 at PLA motors Trichy Tamilnadu and doing services regularly at Maruthi Service Master Chennai for the last 2 years.

Vehicle Registration No is TN 50 Y 6070

This year April 20th i have sent my car for service with gear box complaint, and 22nd April they have returnd the vehicle with the same complaint.

And i have complaint to the MSM customer care thru phone, and they asked me to bring back the vehicle by 29th April and i did it so.

Please refer the job card number -JC09002748 (Dated 29/04)

Until today i have not received my vehicle from MSM Chennai and they keep on telling that they are facing lack of spare parts and ask me to wait for the last 10 days

I have contacted Mr. Selvakumar thru his mobile (919789995358) and replied nothing.

Please arrange MSM Chennai to rectify my vehicle and deliver as soon as possible.

Iam facing lot of difficulties without vehicle as iam doing buisiness.
