I am rohith, my ph no: is 9742052446.i had daily 100sms free, but i didn, t get it on 26th, when i enquired 4 persons told me to wait for 10 mins or 1hr. But when i called around 8:35am 1 girl (i dont know her name), she spoke around 2mins with me & i requested to transver the call, but she placed me on hold about 30mins, she didn't release the call & after that she disconnected the call.
is this is the way of responding with customers? every1 will say happy to help you.if the things are like this, How the customer will be happy? plz take suitable action for that girl.
