Improper / poor response / Non delivery of courie

Sir,

Your Toranagallu Branch person called me on 24th Feb saying that there is a courier in my name to my official address. However, we have not received till to date and we are not able to contact him on his mobile number. Always it is in switched off condition.

And the courier docket number: BLR207024746 is couriered on 20th Feb 09 and we have not received till to date.

Please do the needful.
