We have registered in just dial for Web Search Service (positioning) in last month, we have been told that you will get top positioning for your particular keywords (at least for one month) as well your logo will be placed. But till date we have not received this service and positioning.
We have called many times to your service center, every time we are getting distinct reply and fake promises but till date we have not received single mail / acknowledgment regarding actual issue. In fact your customer care executive has been told us that just dial not provide such kind of service, if you want these service you have to buy our premium package.
We are really shocked to see such a contradictory comment from their marketing person and customer care executive. We were not at all expecting such a fraud from Just Dial.
