Bad behavior from service centre

I am BHARAT BHUSHAN SHUKLA, user of K46. Before a fortnight my mobile having some problem, then I submit my handset to Gorakhpur service centre. After a week they could not repaire that handset & they were behaving rudely and were not giving my set, they told me come tomorrow and take ur set.

They closed sutter of the shop & 4 to 5 gents were presents there with 1 Lady in the inner cabin, when I saw they were afraid & gave my mobile..
