The above system was out of order since 31.07. the system is under AMC since 2005 (Customer Code - 1005414346 in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India), the service is not satisfactory at all and feeling helpless even after AMC charges paid in advance, the local (DHANBAD) service center is not taking complains properly or not attending/responding in time, the telephone number provided in AMC agreement either switch off, neither invalid numbers or not responding. Regret to say that we are carry the system unnervingly. Therefore, you are requested to kindly provide prompt & effective care after sales services which we are expected from a reputed organization like you.
