Antivirus not working since dec. 2008

THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THE K7 ANTIVIRUS FROM ALLAHABAD VENDOR.

DURATION OF MY ANTIVIRUS PRODUCT IS OF ONE YEAR, IT WILL EXPIRE ON 1 SEPTEMBER. IN DEC. 2008 I HAVE GOT SOME PROBLEM IN MY COMPUTER SO I HAVE FORMATTED MY COMPUTER BUT AFTER THAT WHEN I AM TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY PRODUCT THE ERROR COMES THAT PRODUCT ID IS NOT VALID.

I HAVE MAILED MY COMPLAIN MANY TIMES TO THE COMPANY AND TRY TO TALK TO THE ENGINNERS FROM PHONE BUT GOT NO RESPONSE AND ANY HELP FROM THE COMPANY.

SINCE THAT TIME I AM USING OTHER ANTIVIRUS BUT IT IS VERY BIG PROBLEM FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD FREE VERSIONS AFTER SOME DAYS.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS PROBLEM SO THAT I CAN USE MY ORIGINAL ANTI VIRUS.
