Airtell is one of the most horrible companies. They are cheaters, and do no know how to treat customer’s.
1. I had called to change my address which the agent did not do correctly causing me not to receive my bill.
2. I called again the agent said she will send it out (2 weeks ago) I have still not received my bill
3. I was tracking all my calls I set the call timer on my phone for the month according to that my bill should have been much lesser, I did not receive the bill for that month!!!
4. I paid 75% of the bill but still my line was not activated, when I called the agent refused to activate my line and when I asked to be transferred to the cancellation department he said NO I will not. Agent’s Name Ajit Bhujbl;
I could go on & on with the examples of the poor service and the over billing, but it’s a waste of time.
