I have given my Sony Ericsson W810i Mobile to Kaizer Telecome (Authorized Service for Sony Ericsson Mobile) for service. It was having some problem related to charging.

They took 4-5 days and they told me that the problem cannot be fixed. But when i received the phone, then there was a damage near by where we Insert the SIM card. When i carried this phone to home, then i found that its speaker is not working due to that my walk-man and biggest thing, ringtone is not ringing. Now, this phone became useless for me. Because, when i receive a call, the ringtone is not ringing. When i approached him, he told me that we can not do anything.
