Drivers/ crews misbehaviou

I was travelling in your AC Bus (S - 4) from Bangalore to Iritty on 21.06.09 night. As most of the seats and berths were vecant, I slept on a berth. then the driver and cleaner fellow assulted me and asked to sit on the seat itself.

They disturbed most of the passngers in the midnight by keeping music in high volium.

They accomodated many passengers on the way by collecting money from them, and given preferance to those passengers rather than the office booking passengers.

As a frequent traveller in this route, I never expect such behaviour from your staff of this kind.

I request you to ask your staff to deliver minimum manners to the passengers even in yur higher end buses.
