I have prabha deve jaiswal today i have go to BI KA BAGH POST OFFICE to regarding to to surrender to my 5 1/2 year Kishan Vikash Patra No75CD 784913, 75CD 784914 & 75CD 784915 but the Sub Post master is miss behave & tell me us this is not surrender because its not orignal & not a legal so plz help me for this matter.
