Non recept of units after transfe

I, Kamal Aggarwal, Karta of M/S Kamal Aggarwal (HUF), resident of W 39, Greater Kailash Part ll, New Delhi-48, purchased 500 units of master gain 92 on Dt 19.05.1995, from, then broker, M/S M.M.Stock, M-91, Cannaught Palce Delhi-1. received the bill No 801 Dt 29.05.95, for Rs 5250.00. paid the cheque no 157849 Dt 29.05.95 for Rs 5250/= of Canara Bank, Green Park Extension, Delhi, which en cashed from bank on Dt 31.05.95.

Units so purchased, old folio no 92 N8601484 dist. nos 4374281701-2200=500 units, certificate Nos 42393001-01/10 to 42393005-05/10, previously held by Sh. R.M Thakur, 99 C/A-2B, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063, were sent, along with the transfer deed affixing 25/= transfer charges tickets, were sent to M/S Datamatics Ltd. unit master gain 92, State Bank Building, Bank Street Bbombay 400023, on Dt. 26.12.95 under registered post no 3970 Dt 26.012.95 expences paid Rs10.00.

Till date I have not received the certificates after transfer and not received any div on them from then to now.

so please do the need full to get us the certificates duly transferred in my name to me and if possible send div pending with you.
