Most of the time their phone is engaged and if in case the bell rings, no one picks up the phone. Apart from that if you visit their office to complain, they are even rude asking to try the no. in front of them... now that sounds ridiculous... they think the customers are fool!!!..even these kind of complaints on this page hardly matters to them as a similar kind of complaint was lodged earlier by a customer but they still continue to give their tactless service to the customers... i hope my complaint would not go in vain & an action would be taken against this agency.
