To deactivate talk tune

Dear sir

i want to deactivate my reliance talk tune service.

but unable to do so

bcoz the process is too much disgausted as told by the customer care executives.

its quite impossible also to deactivate the talk tune service

only by listening the IVR...

therefore i request U to deactivate it for which i ll be obliged ever.
