Digging/damaging of Road unautorisedly

Unauthorised diging/damaging road fifty feet by N.C. nigam H.No. LIG one hundred & nine -A-block gujaini KN

Res/Sir,

It is to complain you that Mr. N.C. Nigam of A block has digged/damaged 50 metre road unauthorized in middle of the road & put a sever line in the middle of road.

Has he taken permission? If not a prompt action may please be taken for damaging Govt. property.

I hope for an immediate action in this regard and a fine may also be imposed for repairing the said road.

Please acknowledge the matter/complain.

Please let me know the action from your side please.
