I have purchased the aforsaid handset from A-Tel Communications, Indo Arcade, Cherooty Road, Calicut 1 on 16.07.2009. The Speaker of my handset in not working since 22.08.2009. I handed over the set to your authorised Service Centre, ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD, Door No 1297 C, 1st Floor Near Githa Automobiles East Nadakkavu Calicut- Pin - 673 006 on 22.08.2009 for servicing.

They told that the speaker in not working and replace the spekaer within 7 days.

After 7 days (29.08.2009) on contacting them they told the speaker in not available at them and it will be received form Chennai within 15 days.

So I request you to get it replaced immediately.
