I am not satisfied with your product and service

Respected Sir,

My name is Jayesh Bamnote. I live in Pune. I had purchased karbonn K 446 on 2/11. After 1.5 months only it has problem of song repetation. I gave it to your service center (E touch service) they took 2 months for repair but problem was not solved. They always told me that we had sended the cell to Delhi. After that i called up to Mr. George at Delhi they told that we can t send you new cell but at that time we had some discussion and he agreed for that they don t have K446 model so they are sending K661 as a replacement. But as i got the K661, it was used piece. So, i again called up him and he told me that he can t send me new piece of K661 as i am giving him a used cell i.e K446. But again with the help Mr. Abhijeet (Customer service centre, pune) he gave me a so called new model of K661 on 19/2.

After use of 5 months, again K661 is having problem of touch screen faiked, hanging problem, charging problem etc.. I did the contact with your service center (E touch) they told me its having some hardware problem please give it to your cell at D.S. Communication (karbonn service center). I gave it to the D.S. Communication they told me that we have to replace charging port. They replaced the port. But they didn t give me computerised job sheet they had give me hand written job sheet, and they took it back. After 15 days of use again it was giving problem of hanging, charging... Again i give it to the service center they told me that we have to change the PCB of the Cell. They took 8 to 10 days for it. For this also they give hand written job sheet and they took it back.

Again after the use of 10 to 15 days, it was again giving the hanging problem. Again I did contact with service center. I had given it on 28/08. They told me that we will get back to you by giving call within 2 days. 3 days i waited for the call but they didn t called me, i called them on 4th day, then they told me that we need your battery as software was not uploaded on cell. So i gave it on that they but again they are not successful to solve the problem. So he told me that we have to change the PCB again, after repairing we will call you within 2 days. Again they didn t called up me so as i called him they told me that we had sended your cell to Chennai for replace ment of PCB.(Job Sheet No. KSASPMH096R396)

I am frusteted with your product as it is having lots of problems. And as it is having very chip kind of PCBs they are getting defected within 10 to 15 days. As my cell is in Warranty your giving me the replacement in free but what should i do if the problems occur after every 15 days that time i have to pay a huge ammount.

So, I am requesting you either give me the new replacement of K661 box pack model or give my money back. Because i am very frustreted with you product.

Waiting for your positive reply. If not then i will take legal action against you company.
