No Regular Buses

Dear Sir,

There is a regular Volvo service by KSRTC to Kottayam at 1915 hrs. It is strange that on 30/08 (31st is Id and 1st is Ganesh Chaturthi) there is no regular Volvo service, insteady there are two special buses on the same route at 1933 hrs and 1943 hrs. The charge on the regular bus is Rs 633/- for adult whereas on the special bus it is Rs 1018/-. I can understand some extra charge on a special bus, but why cancel the regular bus and instead introduce a special bus. This is an unfair practice and KSRTC is trying to collect extra money from customers just like private operators do.
